Mr. Brian Miller is the 737th Training Group's Policy Advisor for Air Force Basic Military Training. He received an Associates Degree in Applied Science /Instructional Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 1989, an Associates Degree in Applied Science/Criminal Justice in the same year, and a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University in 1997. He entered federal civil service in 2005 after retiring with 23 years of active duty military service. "I'm extremely grateful that my children had the opportunity to attend Lackland Elementary, it provided them with the confidence and educational foundation to succeed in life. It's a privilege for me to serve the Lackland community, LISD faculty and staff, and most importantly the children of our men and women of the military who serve our great nation.

Mrs. Jere Pace is currently employed as a Manpower Analyst with the 25th Air Force where she serves as the Command technical advisor regarding manpower requirements She develops, measures, and validates manpower and associated workloads while providing technical guidance and formulating recommendations on manpower processes and utilizations. Mrs. Pace holds an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management from Park University, and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.

Mr. John Sheehan is the Security Forces Air Force Inspection System Program Manager for the Air Force Installation Mission & Support Center where he is responsible for continual evaluation of 14 Security Forces Program for over 80 Security Forces units. He collects, consolidates, and analyzes data and metrics to identify trends to mitigate gaps across Security Forces mission sets.

Ms. Henson is the 688 A1 Director, Manpower, Personnel and Force Development, A1. She is responsible for ensuring quality and available Manpower, Personnel, and Force Development across the 688th CW. She is leading the A1 team to thrive during the 688th Cyberspace Wing (CW) Optimization and Transformation, maintaining the manpower strategy and supports top talent retention and acquisition. Previously she was the 8 FSS Deputy at Kunsan AB where she led the FSS team to thrive under a constrained COVID-19 operational environment; rendered mission success for the 8th Fighter Wing, emphasized in place deployments, mission readiness and plans, and shelter in place operations.

Mr. Zachary S. Dean, P.E. is a Licensed Professional Engineer with extensive civil engineering experience at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. His contributions include infrastructure planning and design support for the 16th Air Force Headquarters building, ensuring mission requirements were fully sustained, as well as engineering and project management support for the 12th Flying Training Wing, where he advanced the maintenance and improvement of airfield pavements essential to undergraduate pilot training. Most recently, he has played a key role at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, leading major facility space and comprehensive planning initiatives that improve how the Air Force plans, funds, delivers, and manages its infrastructure.
