Non-Resident Transfer Checklist

For each child’s application, parents must provide the following documents for initial review of the submitted application:

  • Proof of their active military status (copy of orders) (if applicable)
  • Copies of child’s current academic records, including
    • Most recent report card and/or the final report card from the previous year
    • ARD or other special education records, if applicable
    • Attendance records (if attendance data does not appear on report card)

All of the above documents will be attached electronically to the online application form as original digital (i. e. downloaded from previous school's grading system) or scanned copies.  Photos of documents will NOT be accepted.

The remaining documents below must be presented before final acceptance:

  • High school transcript (grades 9-12)
  • Scores on state assessments
  • Discipline records
  • Guardianship or custody papers (such as adoption papers or divorce decree, if applicable)
  • Copy of enrolling parent's driver's license
  • Copy of child's social security card
  • Copy of child's birth certificate
  • Copy of child's immunization record
